I do but I don't

You always come back when I'm at my weakest
When I'm fool enough to let you in
Sayin' how this time around is different
Asking if I want to try again

I do, but I don't
I want to but I won't
I am, but I ain't
I could but I just can't
It feels right, but it's wrong
And I've hurt way too long
So when you ask me if I know what I want
I do, but I don't

What resistance I have left within me
I lose each time you're holding me this close
With every bitter sweet kiss girl, you tempt me
Asking if I want to let you go

I do, but I don't
I want to but I won't
I am, but I ain't
I could but I just can't
It feels right, but it's wrong
And I've hurt way too long
When you ask me if I know what I want
I do, but I don't

So don't ask me if I know what I want
'Cause I do, but I don't

Give my love

When I look in your eyes I can see that you
Want to be with me but you're so scared
And I don't know what to say or do
But the tears keep falling from your eyes
And I know that
Times won't change my love
And I can't do nothing to keep you

Oh, I'll give my love oh when I hold you tight
Give my love through kisses oh so bright
And you know that I can't change my love
Take my love all through the night

As the hours pass away
You think that love ain't here to stay
Feel a beat from your chest
But you don't give doubt a moment's rest
You dream the future and all you see is dark
Listen to your heart, baby, the truth will set sparks

Now I'll give my love oh when I hold you tight
Give my love through kisses oh so bright
And you know that I can't change my love
Take my love all through the night

Now I'll give my love oh when I hold you tight
Give my love through kisses oh so bright
And you know that time won't change my love
Take my love all through the night

I'll give my love oh when I hold you tight
Give my love, through kisses oh so bright
And you know that I can't change my love
Take my love all through the night

15 Ways to Reduce Stress at Work

Looking for ways to reduce stress at work?
Anecdotal evidence suggests that many of these
techniques are effective. The key to success is
finding a technique that works best for you, so you
may want to try several different methods.

1. Skip the second cup of coffee
The caffeine in two cups of coffee adds 16 beats
per minute to your heart rate and makes you more
irritable and anxious.

2. Make a mental getaway
Visualise yourself in a high place with long
distance views of natural surroundings. If you really
concentrate on that image, you will feel a sense of
relief.

3. Walk and talk
When possible, discuss stressful objects with
others while you are strolling. The conversation will
seem less formal and you will avoid eye contact,
which can generate extra anxiety and tension.

4. Keep things moving
If you have to juggle multiple projects and you are
stuck to one, move on to another and come back
to the stickler later. You will keep yourself from
panicking and be able to approach the problem
with a fresher, more positive outlook.

5. Smell the oranges
Keep a fruit on your desk. Knowing that you will
eat it later is a cue to relax.

6. Take an exercise break
When you feel tense, take some time to exercise.
Set aside between 30 60 minutes a day and the
calming effects will last about 24 hours.

7. Unshoulder those burdens
Because a round-shouldered hunch tips your head
slightly forward, it tightens your shoulder and neck
muscles. Release that tension with shoulder rolls.
Start with your shoulder levels and square. Roll
them forward 10 to 15 times, as if you were trying
to paddle a boat with your shoulders. Then roll
them back.

8. Change position
Moving to a different chair or standing up from your
seat can literally make you see things in a slightly
different way. It helps to distract you from stressful
thoughts, alert your thinking patterns and provides
a new perspective.

9. Get to the point
Start phone calls with important business and save
small talk for the conclusion. You will waste less
time and be able to wrap conversations on a
personal note.

10. Let them wait
Instead of diving for the telephone, let it ring for two
or three times before picking it up. Not responding
to a stressor can help defuse tension. This will give
you a feeling of control, and makes you feel more
calm, confident and competent.

11. Speak slowly
Fast talking is a sign of stress. Use an unhurried
cadence and you will slow your breathing. You will
also sound less agitated.

12. Stifle the Back-to-You syndrome
Do not let subordinates delegate tasks back your
way. You will need to exercise control over the
people reporting to you in order to gain control over
your own time.

13. Seek solitude
Escape for a few quiet moments every day. Go to
a company library or empty conference room to let
your mind wander briefly without interruptions.

14. Pace yourself
Schedule the most taxing jobs for the times when
your energy is naturally high. Likewise, if you are
prone to low energy late in the day, for example,
use that time to read industry journals or opening
mails.

15. Nail it down
Stop searching for your appointment calendar and
address book. Buy a large sized version that
cannot be mislaid.

25 Ways to Eat and Drink Healthy

1. Never drink iced water, especially not with meals. This interferes with
flow of digestive juices and impairs digestion.

2. Drink a glass of fresh pure water, at room temperature, the first thing
in the morning and last thing at night. It should be taken hot only when
one is troubled by constipation. In that case, a little lemon may be added.

3. Drink five to eight glasses of water every day. (Approx one glass for
every 14 pounds of body weight). Drink pure water to be on safe side.

4. Don't drink water with your meals, but take it half hour before or two
to three hours after meals so as not to disturb the process of digestion by
diluting the digestive juices.

5. Sip the water slowly, never gulp it down at once.

6. In order to restore life elements of the water lost in
boiling/processing, pass it through the air, pouring it from one glass to
another. You will soon notice that this give a slightly invigorating and
stimulating effect, which is absent in lifeless and evitalized water.

7. It is better to eat fruit than to drink fruit juices.

8. Don't keep juices standing, as they will lose their precious enzymes.

9. Orange Juice for instance loses one third of them after half hour and
all of them after two hours.

10. Alcohol, tea, coffee and chocolate are not recommended because tannic
acid, theine, caffeine and theobromine are stimulants.

11. Milk is a food, not a drink. It should be taken in small sips,
otherwise it is likely to produce indigestion.

12. It is not the amount of food you eat that nourishes your body, but
only the amount the body itself can assimilate.

13. Choose carefully the foods that suit your system, choose them just as
carefully as you choose a dress, a hat or a tie. YOU HAVE TO TRY VARIOUS
FOOD COMBINATIONS UNTIL YOU FIND OUT WHICH SUIT BEST.

14. Avoid all devitalised foods like canned food, polished rice, white
flour and refined sugar. Use unpolished rice, whole wheat flour and brown
sugar/honey.

15. Chew your food carefully, especially if it is the starchy kind, so
that it may be properly mixed with saliva, otherwise starches will lie waiting
for digestion for several hours.

16. Toasted bread is better than fresh. Do not eat it with liquid. Drink
before eating the bread, as starch should be converted into glucose by
saliva.

17. Eat only one starch to a meal. For instance, if you take rice then
omits bread, potatoes, macaroni starchy pudding and so on.

18. If you suffer from gas, it is advisable to plan your meals so that you
do not eat starch and protein together; and specially not with cooked
sulphur foods like peas, cabbage, cauliflower, eggs, turnips and so on
because gas is produced by sulphur working on the starch.

19. Don't throw away the water in which vegetables have been boiled but
use it for soup, gravies or for drinking. Potato water is very good as it
alkalizes the body.

20. Fried foods as well as rich dishes should be avoided altogether,
because these digest more slowly than fat itself. Fat is the last to leave the
stomach, carbohydrates come first and then proteins.

21. All saturated fats, like lard, margarine, eggs, butter and dairy
products tend to increase the blood cholesterol level and can be
classified as unessential fats.

22. Any diet, which is high in saturated fat, is dangerous. So eat
balanced meals, a high fat and low protein diet inhibits the function of enzymes.

23. Remember, it is not only the calories and amount of fat that
determines the nutrition and health, but the quality of fat. Bacon for instance has
caloric fat value only. It contains nothing else, neither vitamins, nor
minerals.

24. Six glasses of fresh raw cabbage juice a day keep peptic ulcers away.

25. The richest source of protein is soya bean. Two pounds of soya been
flour contain as much protein as four pounds of cheese, five pounds of
boneless meat or six dozen eggs or fifteen quarts of milk. Soya bean is
the only non-acid forming protein.

26. The most essential rule about food, however, has nothing to do with
quantity, quality or preparation, but with your mental attitude at the
time you are eating it.

A Carrot, an Egg and a cup of Coffee

A carrot, an egg and a cup of coffee...You will never look at a cup of coffee the same way again.

A young woman went to her mother and told her about her life and how things were so hard for her. She did not know how she was going to make it and wanted to give up. She was tired of fighting and struggling. It seemed as one problem was solved, a new one arose.

Her mother took her to the kitchen. She filled three pots with water and placed each on a high fire. Soon the pots came to boil. In the first she placed carrots, in the second she placed eggs, and in the last she placed ground coffee beans. She let them sit and boil, without saying a word.

In about twenty minutes she turned off the burners. She fished the carrots out and placed them in a bowl. She pulled the eggs out and placed them in a bowl. Then she ladled the coffee out and placed it in a bowl.

Turning to her daughter, she asked, "Tell me what you see."

"Carrots, eggs, and coffee," she replied.

Her mother brought her closer and asked her to feel the carrots. She did and noted that they were soft. The mother then asked the daughter to take an egg and break it. After pulling off the shell, she observed the hard boiled egg. Finally, the mother asked the daughter to sip the coffee. The daughter smiled as she tasted its rich aroma.

The daughter then asked,"What does it mean, mother?"

Her mother explained that each of these objects had faced the same adversity . boiling water. Each reacted differently. The carrot went in strong, hard, and unrelenting. However, after being subjected to the boiling water, it softened and became weak. The egg had been fragile. Its thin outer shell had protected its liquid interior, but after sitting through the boiling water, its inside became hardened. The ground coffee beans were unique, however. After they were in the boiling water, they had changed the water.

"Which are you?" she asked her daughter. "When adversity knocks on your door, how do you respond? Are you a carrot, an egg or a coffee bean?"

Think of this: Which am I? Am I the carrot that seems strong, but with pain and adversity do I wilt and become soft and lose my strength?

Am I the egg that starts with a malleable heart, but changes with the heat? Did I have a fluid spirit, but after a death, a breakup, a financial hardship or some other trial, have I become hardened and stiff? Does my shell look the same, but on the inside am I bitter and tough with a stiff spirit and hardened heart?

Or am I like the coffee bean? The bean actually changes the hot water, the very circumstance thatbrings the pain. When the water gets hot, it releases the fragrance and flavor. If you are like the bean, when things are at their worst, you get better and change the situation around you. When the hour is the darkest and trials are their greatest, do you elevate yourself to another level? How do you handle adversity? Are you a carrot, an egg or a coffee bean?

May you have enough happiness to make you sweet, enough trials to make you strong, enough sorrow to keep you human and enough hope to make you happy.

The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything; they just make the most of everything that comes along their way. The brightest future will always be based on a forgotten past; you can't go forward in life until you let go of your past failures and heartaches.

When you were born, you were crying and everyone around you was smiling. Live your life so at the end, you're the one who is smiling and everyone around you is crying.

Drinking the right tea

1. People who use their "brain" to work or students who study hard day and night
- should drink more Chrysanthemum Tea.

2. People who need a lot of body energy to work or those people that do a lot of exercise everyday
- should drink Wu Loong Tea.

3. People who travel on a bike or work in dirty and polluted places
- should drink Green Tea.

4. For those people who likes to sit down all day long and not doing anything even exercising
- must drink Green Tea and Flower Tea.

5. People who smoke and drink a lot of alcoholic drinks
- should drink more Green Tea.

- Wu Loong Tea, Green Tea.

9. Those who work with computers everyday

Whenever you are working with the computer, you should make some tea, drink it when you are free.
Drinking Tea is healthy, it can protect and prevent the harmful Ultraviolet light from harming us (when using computer).
Furthermore, it can also cure us when we are tired and help making our Body feel fresh again

Ask

People who GET WHAT THEY WANT
in life have something in common …

They know how to ASK for what they want.

It makes perfect sense.
If you want something, try asking!

Kids know how to ask –
and when grown-ups say, "No!",
kids don’t take it personally.
We can learn from children!

YOUR success and happiness depend
on you ASKING for things …

… for small things …
"May I have a refund?"
"Can you reschedule my appointment?"
"Will you go out with me on a date?"

… and for big things …
"Can I WORK for you?"
"Will you MARRY me?"

Other people aren’t mind readers.
Often, they will happily agree to your request –
if they just KNOW what you want.

If you never ask –
if you suffer in silence –
if you always act the martyr and allow yourself to go without –
your stomach keeps count.

Asking for what you want keeps you happier and healthier.

Ask more often and more good things will happen for you.

IN A NUTSHELL

If you ask for it, you just might get it!

Attitude build the life

Trust you like it to practice it!

An elderly carpenter was ready to retire.
He told his employer- Contractor of his plans to leave the house-building business and live a more leisurely life with his wife, enjoying his extended family.
He would miss the paycheck, but he needed to retire.
They could get by.
The contractor was sorry to see his good worker go and asked if he could build just one more house as a personal favor. The carpenter said yes, but in time it was easy to see that his heart was not in his work.
He resorted to shoddy workmanship and used inferior materials.
It was an unfortunate way to end a dedicated career.
When the carpenter finished his work the employer came to inspect the house.
He handed the front-door key to the carpenter. "This is your house, he said, "my gift to you."
The carpenter was shocked!
What a shame!
If he had only known he was building his own house, he would have done it all so differently.
So it is with us.
We build our lives, a day at a time, often putting less than our best into the building.
Then with a shock we realize we have to live in the house we have built.
If we could do it over, we'd do it much differently.
But we cannot go back.
You are the carpenter.
Each day you hammer a nail, place a board, or erect a wall.
"Life is a do-it-yourself project," someone has said.
Your attitudes and the choices you make today, build the "house" you live in tomorrow.
Build wisely!
"Remember...
Work like you don't need the money.
Love like you've never been hurt.
Dance like nobody is watching.
Pass this on to someone. I did!"
"To the world you might be one person, but to one person you might be the world!
