Reality vs fantasy
Things changed to be better now… work, friends and other stuffs seems to be stable at the moment… this summer is really hot… today is a hot day though.. the highest was 38 degrees… was sweating when I went for a nap just now…
Woke up and think of my ex housemate (violet jie) not the penang one LOL… the jie that I am mentioning now is from Singapore… got to chat with her for a while… she got married with gor 2 years back, before they got marry they were living together here in Melbourne for 8 years… then jie went back to Singapore because of work… she couldn’t find a good job here in Australia…
They have had a wedding dinner but that was just a simple one… and they plan to have one this year again… unfortunately jie rejected it… jie was so stressful for this relationship… jie did asked for divorce and go on their lives, then will see what will happen next…
Before they got married, jie went back to Singapore for work… she used to think to stay in Melbourne for work, but she couldn’t find a good one so she went back to Singapore… few months later I got shocking news that jie and gor is getting marry and I thought she will stay in Melbourne for good… but she said she wants to work in Singapore…
We lost contact for a while and only contact each other in festive season… today I got the sudden urge to talk to jie… so I called her to talk to her… she is facing quite a stressful situation… after married with gor she has to fly over here sometimes in order to be a good wife to gor… because of responsible because of the commitment over the marriage they keep this long distant marriage…
In last august, jie propose a break up to gor, but gor was trying so hard to avoid facing the problem, and insists to keep this relationship… if I am not mistaken they have keep this relationship for 10 years… and now they are facing this long distance problem… they used to plan future together, they used to think a lot for life before… but not now anymore…
Gor did mentioned he is wiling to sacrifice his work and family here to start a new life in Singapore with jie, but the fact is he is still not ready to let go his work because he is really happy for his work now… besides, medium also said tat he will find it difficult to adjust working/living here... sigh…
Sometimes reality do really kills human eh? And in the same time jie is not ready to work here as well because she is committed to her career back in Singapore… might think of dropping by Singapore to see her one day… it’s been so long I haven’t seen her… and I really do wish there will be a bright nice day for her and gor…
I took them as bro and sis so I think I felt their feelings now :s… what can I do to help also I dunno sigh…
